Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear images or videos of the damaged or incorrect product along with the packaging.

Do not discard the product or original packaging until the issue is fully resolved.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a free replacement or initiate a refund.

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
